School Meals
|
Our meal ordering system enables your child to order what main course they would like with their teacher at morning registration. They will then be given a wristband to wear throughout the morning which will denote their choice of meal. The wristband will then be handed to kitchen staff when they collect their meal. This will helps to elimnate children missing out on getting the meal of their choice especially on last sittings and speed up queuing and serving times. Menus are aimed to encourage healthy eating by reducing fat and sugar and increasing fibre.
School dinners cost £1.70 a day or £8.50 a week. Dinner money is payable on the first school day of the week. Application forms for free meals may be obtained from the school office. If you need advice on whether you qualify, please have a confidential chat with one of our secretaries.

Sandwiches
|
Children whose parents prefer them to bring a packed lunch may do so but, please, no glass bottles or vacuum flasks. All containers must be clearly marked.
Pupils are expected to behave sensibly and co-operate with the Mid-day Supervisors, in line with our Whole School Behaviour Policy.
With the exception of those children who go home for lunch, pupils are not allowed to leave the premises at lunchtime.
